A wonderful image, but why are they emptying the pond and are they saving the fish, moving them to another water-filled place, or are they killing them ?

THx. They are emptying the pond because after years, artificial ponds must be emptied, as the trees leaves and branches rot at the bottom, which block the normal renewal of water. The fish are being saved from the mud and brought to another pool
